The room has a slight odour to it. And the place is mainly used by local tourists. During weekends, the hotel is packed. Family rooms - 2 bedrooms (320 and 321) have problems with the door key. We are often stuck outside the rooms and need the hotel stuff to open the door for us because the key that the hotel gave us doesn't work. We stayed at room 320 and room 321. Both rooms have problem with the door keys.

Great views of the beach and two lovely swimming pools to enjoy after a long day in the sun. Breakfast served every morning was a good start to the day, offering many choices. the friendly staff seemed quite happy to help wherever possible.
There were a few downsides to this hotel. the room was a bit outdated.

good service, very nice pool and very nice beach, vung tau is a very beautiful city and definetly worth a visit
the beach was quite windy at the time we visited vung tau and food in vietnam was a little bit different what we were used to. I liked seafood and vegetarian dishes.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The food at the hotel was tasty and they offered a good variety of options. The location of the hotel was great, close to convenient stores and shops, and within walking distance to the beach.
The rooms were outdated and in need of an upgrade. The furniture was old and worn out.

The hotel's location right on the beach was a major highlight for me. Being able to walk just across the street and have access to the beautiful beach was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness and facilities were impressive. The rooms were basic but clean, and the hotel offered free access to a pool and a reserved swimming area on the beach. the hotel provided a great experience in terms of its location and cleanliness.
Nothing, all excellent.

Surprisingly nice dinner in private dining room on second night as main dining room was full of Vietnamese karaoke enthusiasts.
Four star hotel circa 1966. Bathrooms needed ripping out. Air con didn't work so my room was a sauna. Eventually after complaining, several men came in succession and changed it to a fridge setting. Man turned up and turned on all the taps for no particular reason and I never saw him again but hung around for an hour until the noise of the water got on my nerves. . No hot water, kettle didn't boil. Private beach was accessible to all. We were told the swimming pool was closed but then realised that was because the member of staff didn't want to be bothered to be a lifeguard. Very very poor value for money. Four star.is a joke. I'd say more of a struggling two star.Very scruffy, very tired. I visit Vietnam a lot to stay with my family in Ho Chi Minh and this was supposed to be a treat. No point in complaining as no-one spoke English and our Vietnamese is only basic.

The hotel staff were not working as they should. Their English is poor and should pay more attention to the clients needs. My sister's wireless connection was not working and she need it to connect to one of your business center personal computer, but she could not due to one of the employee playing online game and telling the staff that he needed to finish up his game. The other pc that was used by another staff just started working on something on the pc when she requested to use the second pc. The wireless was not working and the it person could not fix it. I had to go downstairs and fix the wireless connection which it did work after I have rebooted both modems. I would never go back to this hotel as staffs sleeps and not care about the customers, nor understand English well enough that they would tell me to go downstairs to get clean towels.

The hotel was excellent and superb value for money. The staff were fantastic and so helpful. They even provided flowers when they found out it was my birthday. I cannot praise the staff there enough for their help and friendliness throughout the time we were there.
The disco was a little too loud at night. You could hear it from our room and we were 5 floors away and around the corner so I cannot imagine how loud it was for anyone closer.

Over rated and complex needs renovation or big price drop
Broken electrical switches and not enough power points for appliances in room
